18 months-2.5 years

Our Discovery class allows for a time of exploration for those who are too young to go into a structured class setting. They are able to strengthen their gross motor skills through balance, muscle coordination, body awareness, and spatial orientation.

In our Discovery class, the parents will be with their child in the gym.
