Recreational Gymnastics

Ages 7 and up

Our Girls Recreational classes are divided into a 7-9 age group and 10 and up. Within each age group, we offer classes from Beginner through Advanced. The classes develop their gymnastics skills on Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, and Trampoline.

Those who are new to gymnastics must enter a Beginner level class. Your child’s coach will move them into Intermediate or Advanced as they progress.
