The Stars Team is for those who show talent in gymnastics at a young age. It teaches them the fundamentals necessary to allows them to progress into our Girls Team program. We have three levels of Stars: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

Bronze Stars practice twice a week for 1.5 hours and the ages generally range from 4-7 years. Mini Silver Stars is for those who are talented enough for Silver, but are a bit younger in age. Mini Silver stars practice twice a week for 1.5 hours as well and the ages range from 4-6 years. Silver Stars practice twice a week for 2 hours and the ages generally range from 6-8 years.

Gold Stars practice three times a week for 2 hours and the ages generally range from 6-9 years.

Our Gold Stars group is an introductory level to team and they go to a few competitions a year competing as level 3’s. This allows them to experience competitions and better prepares them for their future in this sport or elsewhere.
