Let us help you host your child's best birthday yet! We take care of set up, clean up, and entertainment while you sit back and enjoy yur child's special day!  Achievers birthday parties are for members and non-members both. The parties last for 90 minutes and can be held on Saturdays or Sundays. You get spend the first 45 minutes in the gym having tons of fun and then 45 minutes upstairs having your party!  The party will have 2 bierthday party specialist in charge for the first 20 kids and then we require one additional coach for each ten kids thereafter. Each child who attends receives a free balloon, cup, and open gym passes for kids older than 7 or indoor passes to kids 6 and under.

Pricing:
Total: $240 (paid in advance) plus tip
To the gym: $190 for the first 20 children. There is a $70.00 ancellation fee. ($7 for each additional child)
To the coaches: $25 each + tip (tips for coaches average between $5-$25)
(An additional $25 + tip is required for any coaches added for more than 20 kids)
(A failure to notify fee of $35.00 will be assessed if you fail to notify Achievers in advance that you have more than 20 children attending)
plus $7.00 per child
 Achievers accepts Checks, Cash, & Credit Cards (VISA/MC OR Discover).

We Provide: 
For the birthday child:  "I Had My Birthday Party at AchieversGymnastics" T-Shirt,  Handprint on the Birthday Wall of Fame and Birthday Medal for the birthday child!  In addition, 2 birthday party specialists, private party room, tables, tablecloths, chairs, helium balloons, Open Gym passes for children over 7 years old or Indoor Park passes for ages 6 and under, birthday cups, maps, invitations, and release forms.

(Each child MUST have a release form signed before playing in the gym.)

You Provide:
Your own drinks and refreshments (cake, etc), lighter/matches, knife, server for cake, candles, plastic ware, paper plates
 

Parents are not allowed on the equipment. No Exceptions!

If you want to have a sleepover birthday party we can accommodate those as well.
